  • great sound... great musicians

  • i said it 2 years ago, and say it again, jizz in my pants still best youtube thing ever.

  • love

  • Tunde sounds SO much like Dave Thomas here. Love it.

  • Trent just sets this song on FIRE when he jumps in.

  • Does anyone know if these have ever been released on an album/mp3/whatever? I keep finding myself coming back here to listen to all these but would love to be able to add them to my music library.

  • AMAZING. :'D

  • hell yes!!!!!!!

  • Peter "Pero" Murphy & "Mihajlo" Reznor :D

god damn, what to say?! brutal perfection

  • Every single song on here is awesome! Huge talent from different genre's on stage,, Peter has an amazing voice! anyone who says different is just a plain Moron.. Trent brings a N.I.N's feel to all the songs,, and TV On The Radio is talented in there own right. Id say Bella Lugosi is my fav. from this, that Ive found, Wish I was there! Or could at least see the whole recording..

  • OMG THAT CROWD IS SHIT

  • how this is a fucking terrible. ill stick with pere ubu in 1975 then this neil diamond wanna be and trent reznor.

  • This sucks. Such an awesome song, but this does not rock. No sir.

  • I prefer the versio with NIN and Peter from 2009. Robin doing vocals is fucking SICK!

  • ROCKS!!!

  • I wish everyone does something like this!

  • the heart of life, wow

  • Oh my Peter's going bald

  • he only ever had about 4 strands of hair in the early days anyway, it was just a matter of time before the abandon him.

  • 2:13 jizz in my pants

  • MERDREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • This is a private gig. There was a contest to see them. The album is "Bauhaus radio sessions"

  • Can't wait till 'Roo, let's hope that Reznor jumps on stage with Tv on the Radio

  • This is a proper schooling. Take notes.

  • wow.

  • They're playing with all the emotion that a good soundcheck demands.

  • to all those people those that listen to things like hollywood undead... people open your ears and eyes... this is music

  • @skaterlikeme79 Its all music fool

  • SICK!

    RESPECT to these three greats!

  • wow that gave me goosebumps

  • Peter, I love you... but lose those sideburns...

  • 3 years ago I used to think the same thing. "Who the hell are these losers doing on stage with these two legends?" Then I gave TVotR a chance. Now all I see is a stage full of geniuses.

  • Haha Trent can scream choruses with the best, no matter the song. Also, can anyone explain to me why hardly anybody is in the audience? I would probably give a limb to see these people rocking out together!

  • bro i was thinking the exact same thing, where is everyone!!??

  • Its the sound check.

  • Sound check/radio contest winners and The Spiral Premium members. Was pretty fucking cool to see.

  • Great blend of vocalists!

  • buy me a ticket to a sonic reduction

  • thats a pretty fuckin stupid thing to say.

  • Take a dose of your own medicine. Provide evidence in the form of an argument, or keep quiet.

  • @cokehead1969 nope

  • BRILLIANT!

  • hey does anyone know if this is put on cd for fans to have, I would love to have this. If not trent & Peter would have a hell of a cd, they are a great combo...

  • search on any torrent site for "where darkness doubles" under the artist "nine inch nails featuring bauhaus".

  • wow... this is fantastic!

  • Thought I'd just say. The lead vocalist of TV on the Radio's name is Tunde.

  • very cool peter murphy

  • anyones knows the name of the band...thanks

  • TV On The Radio

And With Trent From Nine inch nails

  • @nachoriot It's kind of in the title.

  • @nachoriot try reading the title of the video

  • @nachoriot "anyone knows" how to read the fucking description on a video clip...thanks

  • watch them do bela lagosis dead...best one! imo

  • the black guy can sing, he just makes murphy look bad in comparison, cause murphy can sing very well

  • Watched this live in Irvine.

    Good times...

Bauhaus/Murphy still rock, even thirty years into their career.

  • What the hell are you rambling about beauty?? Obviously you know not to much about either or the impact both have had on the music industry in one way or another. Why bother watching or making an ignorant comment when you have nothing to base it on other then your poor excuse of opinion.

  • Jr. K...Im not argueing with you anymore, you are to ignorant to bother with, doing a cover doesn't make them losers, and by saying Peter Murphy/Bauhaus contributed nothing to music as a whole or had any Orginality proves my point 110%, Nine Inch Nails, same thing....which is evident by the fact that a Great like Johnny Cash covered them. But ya, believe what you want to, even though your wrong, as most ignoramus's are. Now go back to wikipedia

  • See posts like that just verify your nothing more then a twelve year old troll looking for attention..hmm think that classify's as spam eh..

  • SFTU you inbred fuck, I Told you Im done with you, youve been reported for spam and violation of the youtube eula, in just about every Trent/Peter video by the looks of it. You just dont know when to give up, you made yourself look like an idiot so manytimes now, Uhh Pere Ubu's version is the orginal eh, Neither have contributed anything original eh..Daaaaamn your a dense little troll now piss off and quit stalking people ya little freak

  • a·cu·men - noun keen insight; shrewdness: remarkable acumen in business matters.

Maybe learn how to spell the word before you use it in an attempt to look more inteligent.

  • you need more hugs you pathetic little geek :)

now do you feel better after my binary hug attack ? if not, go jump off a cliff.

all the best / love from Sweden / Lautir

  • bien buena voz de radio on tv

  • wow. trent has an amazing voice.

  • Love the Pere Ubu version, love the Peter Murphy cover from years ago also.

Anyone notice... Peter and Trent have tripled in size from way back.

  • must've given up the junk.

  • Pere Ubu's versiopn was the ORIGINAL...this is just a poor quality rip-off.

  • yo beauty dad---what the hell are you talking

about!!???Peter Murphy wrote the song for crying out

    loud!!

and every one knows the definitive cover version was done by DC legends RAZZ!!!

    was d

  • Actually, I think David Thomas of the Ohio Band "Rock from the Tombs" wrote the song and, it was released in 1976. It was later covered by Thomas's next band, Pere Ubu. Murphy only covered the song and, it was apparently a hit for him.

  • This is a Cover of a Pere Ubu song, they originate in Cleveland, Ohio

  • actually 'rocket from the tombs' the song can be found on "the day the earth met RFTT, live from punk ground zero, cleveland 1975" on smog veil records includes some great covers and some pre-ubu songs from dave thomas

  • Peter Murphy does it better...

  • Must we always try to compare dissimilar and (thankfully) unique vocal styles? They're obviously having a fun time with each other's songs. Let's take a cue from them. (Don't mean to rag on you, it's just that variations of this argument are all over the other two songs these bands performed together, and it gets tiring.) Cheers. :)

  • Actually, they're having a fun time with a Pere Ubu song.

  • Yeah, I was referring to the other performances (Bela Lugosi's Dead and Dreams). Cheers. :)

  • Well, that man can really sing. Trent that is.
