Rats get stuck in my glue traps. I watch them slowly die. They feel the need to be a pest, I'll let them suffer. One night I stepped on a rats head to "end it's suffering" and it was still jumping around the next day. Damn buggers. Only retards set their traps incorrectly, too.
how is it lowe's fault for this, its the people that buy the traps that are to blame, i mean if a store sold knifes and people bought them to kill a bunch of people its the murder's fault not the store's
Seriously? There was a parrot flying around and it got stuck in a glue trap? Where do these people live that parrots are just flying around in the wild? I want to go to there. Also, poor little squirrel. I love squirrels. That sucked.
This video inspired me to make a more efficient glue trap. This one has extra food and water so they can stay alive longer!!! This way its a "Humane Glue Trap" We also will include a suicide button so they can choose when they die!
Who the hell puts glue traps outside? This total animal liberation is fine and all but my house is off limits. Humane traps are fine too but it won't stop them from coming back. Call me when PETA can cure all the diseases those little bastards carry.
I think those morons from PETA should live with Mouses in their house. Mouses are pests, like cockroaches, they poo everywhere, eat everything, if they cant find food they gnaw anything they can, they are not different then cockroach, only difference is they happen to be mammal.I can understand if they want ethical treatment in pig garms or stray cats, but for sakes MOUSES ARE VERMIN. trying living with them in your house, you will know what i mean.
@Skiveron And what exactly is ethical about forcing a creature to maim itself and starve to death, when you can use an instant-kill trap instead. Please tell me, genius. The issue isn't about killing, it's about the method. It's overly cruel. But of course, since they're vermin, it makes it ok to torture them to death, right?
wow. even kittens can get caught in glue traps! Then you put some vegetable oil on the trap and free it's little paw, its not gonna die just because it got its paw caught in the stickyness. And for the other animals, they shouldnt have been dumb in the first place to be dicking around a glue trap. Aren't birds supposed to be flying?
@timetaster WAHHHHHH, Go bitch to the mommy govenrment and get everything you hat and I use banned. Seriously, if you dont like these things MOVE TO ANOTHER COUNTRY WHERE ITS ILLEGAL AND GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY AMERICA!
this afternoon i ve recused a little mouse from thoses cruel traps.i took it and i set it free in the wild behind the store where i work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
these thing are disgusting, there is no reason to kill any of these animals, if u have a rat or mouse that u want to remove, they sell humane traps, u just trap and release them!!! Someone said they use them in there garage to trap spiders, I mean WTF what possible harm is a spider doing!!!
@housemouse999 I leave spiders alone most of the time. As for mice, rats, squirrels, opossums and raccoons, I would rather kill them than move them and make them someone else's problem.
@ElPhantasamo i trap and release rats if needs be, i had to relocate a family from my area, i released them away from people, rats are highly intelligent and can adapt to any situation, they are capable of living without us on a natural food sauce, they only use us as a convenience because we are dirty! I dont see any reason to 'kill any creature, they have as much right to live as we do
People aren't using these things properly. We put them in our garage and it effectly catches cockroaches, spider, and once a rat. Our garage is enclosed and there is almost no chance birds or cats will end up in our traps. It's like a gun. It can be a good tool in the right situations. Most of the times, its just a mess.
1) PETA president and co-founder Ingrid Newkirk has described her groups overall goal as total animal liberation. This means no meat, no milk, no zoos, no circuses, no wool, no leather, no hunting, no fishing, and no pets (not even seeing-eye dogs). PETA is also against all medical research that requires the use of animals.
you don't understand. would you want all the cats and dogstodieof starvation or get ran over? peta kills these animals humanely because they know they wont have a chance to survive. do you know that peta is non profitable? that means they wont have money for food and shelter for them.
@oktrap Yeah, they're way too extreme. I've heard the "no pets" thing before, which is something I very much doubt most of their supporters know is one of the tenets. For instance, Morrissey is a huge supporter of Peta and I think he was even named an honorary this or that by the group. And he has a couple dogs, and I think a cat. "No pets" is ridiculous. Dogs want to live w/ people. Cats, well sometimes you have to keep them prisoner, haha. But if they grow up w/ you, they learn to love it.
Regardless of what type of trap is used ... they should be checked daily. The glue boards are designed to release anything captured simply by running water over the boards ... and they will release. However ... PETA doesn't want the public to know this. They also didn't want the public to know that their organization:
Um, no. Glue boards are designed to starve the animal to death. Most people will not bother to go through the effort of doing all that, and will just toss it into the bin. There is plenty of anecdotal evidence about these traps, and a scientific research paper on the matter. Google it, and you will see.
You did not take into account the injuries these animals get while trying to get off. If you want to catch and release, use a cage trap or a multi-catch trap like a Tin Cat trap. The animals don't get injured by trying to pull their skin/limbs off super glue that way.
Glue traps aren't designed to kill. Well, unless you count slowly making them die from starvation and from their own wounds a way to kill them, which is just torture anyway.
@texasmufflerman Why do you not use humane traps ?? they are easy to use and effective i have used them myself to stop a family of rats being poisoned
@ArmedZagi can u not use other traps? the normal ones? theyre quick and effective and dont cause as much suffering. no one likes "pests" and if you dont want them around then yes kill them if you have to but do it humanely, glue traps are just wrong.
No first animals in clue traps are usually realeased, if not thats neglect. Dont put the traps near birds and kittens (inside???). Glue traps actually save the rats lives, david get ur facts right or keep your opinion to urself
It is my opinion. So i can say what I want to say. Maybe you should send me a VIDEO COMMENT next time. Cuz you never want to expose yerself for hating!
Pest control operators will set them up, and come back a week later. And in the meantime, they will struggle to get off but the glue is so strong, they will injure themselves pretty badly and then starve to death.
fuck peta

7 Things You Didn't Know About PETA

MovieMediaVirginia 2 years ago
Alright how do you know that they kill them humanly, and every organization makes profits or they go bankrupt.
33jj3 2 years ago
Wrong. Non-profit organisations rely on donations to keep themselves afloat. That is not the same as profit.
Chocabloc84 2 years ago
wrong then donations would be the same as non profit and nonprofit is not the same as donations. what are you talking about
33jj3 2 years ago
@MovieMediaVirginia PETA gets millions of dollars in donations a year.
I know plenty of non-profits that don't put down their animals and they only get less than 1/25th of the amount of donations PETA runs off of alone.
Aupas 11 months ago
@MovieMediaVirginia Actually they are profitable. On their kid's website. On the very top it says "SHOP! SHOP! SHOP" !

I use glue traps.
Lets face it, just about all traps designed to kill will generate some amount of collateral damage.
You just have to be smart about their placement to minimize the risk to non-target animals.
