  • You're really good. I like the way you speeded it up compared to Medeleine's.

  • You could be a star if you wanted.

  • that's nice!!! really love it! I've done a cover of this song as well, take a listen to it and let me know what you think about it!

    Brava!

  • i love u....

  • very nice voice, but add some treble sounds in your chords and my heart cries :)

  • you are great! ;)

  • Hey!

    You singing so cool! :)

Your voice is... oww... FANTASTIC (:

  • I LOOOOOVE this video. congratulations.

  • Thanks very much :) :) :)

  • I really like this! *Adds to favourites*

Maybe your could be a bit more confident with your vocals, but I really enjoyed that.

Yeah, now I'm gonna find the lyrics and do a piano version...

  • Hi! Thankyou very much! It's scary singing even in front of a camera - that's probably the reason!

    Thanks again :)

  • great voice! Chords need a little work, but you got a good start!

  • I know - it's very basic!! Thanyou! :)

  • Hello. I'm no professional. And i'm not hunting for any negative thumbs, so please take it easy people. First, I think you've got a great voice, and that's great for self-taught guitar. But I would respectfully like to ask if you know what it means to "swing" your 8th notes. At the end of each bar/measure it seems as though you try to "swing" a pair of 8th notes, but it ends up sounding more like a pair of staight 16th notes. I think if

  • Hi there, I have absolutely no idea what and 8th note or 16th is I'm afraid! Can't read music, don't know what the chords are. Is it something to do with that little extra beat that I'm missing...? I couldn't quite get it in if that's what you mean! I need more practise I guess. Thankyou for the constructive crit - always welcome! If you're talking about something entirely different you'll have to explain in VERY basic terms - I have no technical musical knowledge!! Thanks again :)

  • Thank you Amy, I will get around to doing some recording soon.

    Peace

    Chad

  • If that is self taught you are doing a fine job. You do have a sweet voice as well. Keep playing! get out there and play with other people though, it will do wonders for you movement as a guitarist..

    Peace

    Chad

  • Hi Chad,

    Thanks very much!

I've just been watching your video, "The Nearness of You". Brilliant! I love your voice. I'd love to learn to play like that! I hope you do some more videos one day - I'm subscribed ready for any new ones :)

    Great to hear from you!

    Amy

  • Beautiful, gentle voice. Awesome job.

  • Thankyou very much :)

  • Hi Amy, I love your voice! It's great: clear, in tune, and natural. Also nice accompaniment--the guitar sounds great just using the guide tones. Fab!

  • Hi Guitaress, thanks very much! Although my voice and guitar are nothing compared to yours!

    Thanks again :)

  • what for a wonderfull voice your great :)

    greats

    ender

  • Hi, thanks Ender :)

I've just been listening to your band - you have a great voice too and I love the sound of "Spacerock"!! Hehe!

  • thank you very much:)

  • You have an awsome voice. i like the way you made your vocal go up like Paul McCartney on "Sometimes you go to looose it all.." almost sounds like a Beatl woo.. lol

but yea some guitar lessons would help, and you'd make for great entertainment. you should try being bassist even? you've got the cordinations for rythm, and you're already plucking here . . .

  • lol thankyou :)

Yes, I could do with some guitar lessons, I don't know the names of any chords because I'm self taught like my dad. I did own a bass for a while but I find there's more room for creation in a guitar, what with the being more strings.

Thanks for your comment!(even though it was two months ago - woops!)

  • You have such a great voice, and sing very well ... ;)

  • Thanks gtristdan! But I wish I could play guitar as well as you.

  • I would definitley put you in my white signers playlist on my zune.

which is a high compliment by the way. I like your style and your voice is soft and no scearming or shouting I like you alot. There is a sincerity about the way you sing.
