Evolution can not be empirically proven to exist. It IS just a theory, and I don't care whether someone believes in it or not; that is not the question. Other sciences use something called empirical studies, a scientific method, to prove/disprove hypotheses. This can NOT be done with evolution, since we can not make something evolve.
