@sicat27 it looks like they used the path tool and then stroked the line. You have that option after you create a path.

to color faster just use the magic wand tool on the outline so it can select the part where u want to color without making mistakes.

This is amazing! I was totally baffled when you did the eyes...I was like "you can do that?!" =_= damn xD For those people who are annoyed with shadowing being too fast: wtf... seriously... shadowing depends on you, where you want to put it and stuff. He just used a brush, selected a darker shade and placed it on whatever area the shadow would be and used gaussian blur... -.- or he followed the picture XD but yeah, shadowing depends on the artist itself.
