  • Hi TadSpencer222,

I wondered if you could guide which website that I could buy/order the interior dash trims for J31,Im interested.

    Appreciate if you could help,cheers!

  • this aint no 2006!

  • @SuAzoDaGrEat Yeah this is what we got in Australia from 2004 to 2007. A rebadged Teana. The first Aussie sedan to get a VQ35, previous models were VQ and VG30s

  • Funny how your Teana has no wood trim. My father's car had it.

  • In Australia from 2006 they began to offer fake-aluminium trim, as well as the wood trim. I decided on the aluminium w/black leather, since I wasn't too keen on the unpolished woodgrain look.

  • im with you. aluminum > wood grain

  • They call it the Cefiro in Singapore.

  • Yea, miss my dad's cefiro. Quite an awesome experience with that car.

  • Here in Philippines, the Maxima is called Teana.

I have started the engine in a showroom. I also had fun playing with the dual-zone climate control. It is eerily quiet. You can't even hear the engine at idle.

  • its called Teana-very quiet

  • yes that is a maxima i have 1 the steering wheel is curved like dat nise gauges he problaby changed it

  • It's a J31 Teana/Maxima/Cefiro, which shares the same FF-L platform, the same VQ35DE engine and the xTronic CVT with the USDM Maxima, it has a different body and interior design though

  • please note that this is a very special car. I know cause i own one. If you want lookers and etc.? trust me, get one of these cars. This car makes a BM owner wonder why he spent so much on his car to look good when you pass him by.

  • I agree. My father had one, and I miss it so much.

  • No way that's a Nissan Maxima. Maybe some Japanese sibling, but not the western kind.

  • I'm located in Australia, and Maxima's here have always been rebadged Japanese-built models since they started selling them here in the 90's. This J31-model is known in Japan as the Nissan Teana.

  • Ok, I see. Thank's for clearing that up.
