That title is a little misleading.  It was a team celebration and ALL that were involved were flagged (or, at least should have been). Not just Deasean Jackson.

You can fall crossing the goal line since it's part of the play, although they've started flagging that some for unsportsmanlike contact. I think under the part where you're not allowed to taunt opponents. Although linemen talk crap and get away with it. The flags and fines are retarded, tough.
