Call to Packie and he hides it somewhere for you to pick up. If you don't have the Bomb option under his name, you need to go drinking with him a couple of times to make him friendly enough.

Everything was pretty awesome (nice sniping) except the over-use of slo-mo, which was unnecessary at times (like against the cops with the Carbine). Also, the slow-mo sounds got in the way of the music.
