As for the music, I have no idea. It reminds me of the Rock Paper Scissors minigame from the Mega Drive Alex Kidd game though.

Alex kidd in Miracle world or Alex kidd and the enchanted castle? It may be from One of them, but I doubt it. I'll let you know

I was thinking more of Enchanted Castle (thats the one i've played on Mega Drive Collection anyway), but it could be Miracle World, it's worth a look into.
