@IAmTheTickKing The track in the video is from a soundtrack CD with arranged music based on the original Fire Emblem. The video description plainly says:

"Note that these are at best guesses as to what the songs would've actually sounded like if they were in the game. "

As in, these aren't sound files from the game, nor were these particular tracks certain to have even be considered to be used in the game. Whether or not the track sucks isn't important, it likely wasn't going to be in anyway.

Just so you all know, the arrangement in the video is only meant to portray the fact that the song itself was supposedly meant to be in Brawl in some way.

It is highly unlikely that this arrangement would've been in due to the fact that it doesn't originate from a game and isn't even an original piece. It actually comes from an album released by Nintendo called Nintendo GSM 3 , or something like that, back in the early 1990s.
