  • Oh hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got great Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • to all the people who say his form is wrong..u guys dont know anything..by moving the arm back with lying triceps extension he is recruiting long head of triceps..which no other exercise recuits..also with standing rope pulldowns byallowing the arm to go above parallel..ur increasing initial stretch on a muscle..which will in turn increase the force of contraction..

  • one more thing, his triceps extension workout is totally missing an important thing, the elbows must be near the head to get the max out of it. If he is teaching, he should know that.

  • Hypertrophy (making the muscle bigger) is promoted by volume not just weight. If you what big arms you need to do multiple sets, multiple reps and a challenging weight with fairly short rest periods. If you think you'll get big with just heavy weight, look at olympic lifters. They're lifting 500 lbs plus and they do not look like body builders with muscles that pop. Volume is the key. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer, NASM performance enhancement specialist w/ a degree in kinesiology.

  • Getting cut is done by doing cardio and having low body fat, nothing to do with weight. Tone is improved by doing low weight high reps but not getting cut.

  • shakaama - You can do one 3-Minute Arms Workout System 3 days per week, or you can do three versions of 3-Minute Arms in the SAME workout ONCE per week.

  • if you want to build true size and strenght, you need to lift as much weight as you can 6 to 10 times and rest between 2 and a half to 3 min. between sets. all this guy is showing you how to do is lose weight and tone down with circuit traning. so all you fat lards and flabby bastards pay attention. if your are trying to gain muscle mass, this video is irrelevant. ........no offense fatso's

  • If your so good, why's your breathing all wrong... your talking about fatigue, if you get your breathing right you will be able to squeese these reps out much better and your tricept extentions wernt the best examples ive seen as your flicking them as in a static movement which is bad...

  • They say it stunts Growth In The Teenager Years But it should be Safe As long as he does it right and not straining his back or anything like that.

  • Lifting properly, and the right diet, will help boost his growth hormones, confidence, and health. Steroids will stunt growth for sure. Check out TurbulenceTraining(.)com for great programs, that's Craig (the video guy here)'s program, It's awesome.

  • wow...i never knew how many ppl watch ur vids. just wanted to ask...alot of ur emails are aimed at weight training. im a girl, so i dont wana be completely buff so i spend alot of time in the cardio section in the gym. how much time would you recommend i spend on the cross trainer, the treadmill (wat speed), so i run/walk etc. also on the weights area...how many of each should we be doing

    Try not to get too bogged down with thoughts of 'im a woman so i dont want to use weights and bulk up' its quite hard for women to bulk up due to the testosterone levels, anyway, i tell my female clients to do this 1 thing. vary your work outs as much as possible. when it comes to cardio, try interval training-IE 2 mins Jogging at about 7.5km per hour then for 30 seconds run at 12.5km per hour. do 4 sets of that then 15 mins constant pace of 8-9km. then 2 last sprints at the end!enjoy

  • I didnt think you were supposed to go above parallel on Tricep Rope Extensions. Also, your upper arm moves alot in the Lying DB Extensions...are they both for a bigger stretch? doesnt that take the stress off the muscle?

  • There are 3 heads to the triceps group. By allowing your upper arm to go into greater flexion you are able to put more stretch and get more recruitment from the entire group. It does not take the stress off the muscle, it actually ads more stress due to the length of the lever arm (distance in a straight line from shoulder to dumbell.)

  • he said add the 3 minutes to your own work out or do intense 3 x 3 minute work out. but once a week? seems a bit, too cautious to me. i would think you could do 3/week then 2/week.

    i think the supersets get you ripped though.
