Hi- it's a '4 seasons' ventilated top, which i like. Google "Honey Run" apiaries- they sell them. You can put insulating foam in it for the winter, and take the foam out for summer for added screen hole ventilation along with an upper entrance.

What exactly are your top boxes up there? Is that just a top entrance or is it something else?
