This was an amazing movie. The epic story of man and his pet dog...oh wait, wrong movie.
But really, I lived in China back in those days and it was truly like this. Everybody killed themselves whenever they made a mistake that could have been corrected in a few days and every time I punched somebody it sounded like two boards clapping together. I'm not sure why that sound occured, but I sure did enjoy hitting people because of that.

This is not THE SHAOLIN TEMPLE but SHAOLIN TEMPLE. It's not the same movie, THE Shaolin Temple, from whom the film poster is taken is a well known movie which received many awards and is well regarded as a master piece in the art martial style.
This movie SHAOLIN TEMPLE with out "THE" is most probably the poorest acting, decor and narating...
Don't get mislead by the poster (pic), it's not the right movie.
THE Shaolin Temple (first Jet Li movie) it's a masterpiece, only the best of the fighting scene at that time, it's a shame they've put the poster to fool people around with this awful movie here.

So they provide a misleading thumbnail, yet flagging is disabled. Only youtube can disable flagging. More and more, youtube is promoting videos by large production companies and TV studios, desperately going after the money, and shitting on the little guy. They say YOUtube (Referring to US) it's becoming THEMtube more and more every day.

superb acting, great cinematography, stunning story line and realism; this is the greatest movie ever made!
Oh when the girl killed herself with a little pin it was so realistic!
What an amazing recovery, 18:30 the general gets a knife in the chest and the next scene it's in another location! And the Prince is running to safety with a knife in his heart! And he happen to know the poison and have medicine on him! Amazing!

This is not THE SHAOLIN TEMPLE but SHAOLIN TEMPLE. It's not the same movie, THE Shaolin Temple, from whom the film poster is taken is a well known movie which received many awards and is well regarded as a master piece in the art martial style.
This movie SHAOLIN TEMPLE with out "THE" is most probably the poorest acting, decor and narating...
Don't get mislead by the poster (pic), it's not the right movie.

@lmartenot1 I've watched movies like this before, second off all I also recognized the narrator from the same exact movie like this I've seen before. The movie just seems poor because it's probably made around 1950s or something, somewhere around there

The Swastika seen in this movie dates much further back then The Nazi's. Its related to Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It was also seen as a symbol of the Sun in China.
