  • Exactly how much of this earth is water and how much of that did we explore?

  • I wonder if the sealife there can hear or feel how we have hurt all its brothers and sisters in other parts of their ocean...

  • just imagine, u've spent ur whole life in uber-darkness, and suddenly u hear a noise. getting louder and louder....AND YOU GET FUCKIN FLOODED BY LIGHT O_O this would crack me up. :D

  • only 2 men have ever been to the bottom of deepest part of the ocean the(mariana trench challenger deep) don walsh and jacques picard in the trieste sub reached the bottom in 1960 and the depth gauge told them they were 35,814ft below the waves remarkably they saw fish and shrimp living there oh and spongebob squarepants as well good post

  • um sea spiders are not unknown

  • Wonderful:) I love this type of stuff

  • It's great that we find new sea creatures, I just hope that we don't mess up their environment

  • It is scarier to go to the seafloor compared to going to the moon...

  • sweet

  • The Census of Marine Life has made some amazing discoveries.

  • Consortium for ocean leadership????

Trying to run the ocean now!!!!

  • more people have walked on the moon than have been down to the deepest part of the sea floor.

  • well no one have walked down there

  • @shady691 because no1s ever been to the very bottom of the ocean

the preassure down there is way to high for any person or vessel to travel

think of it like a billion tonne press

it would crush anything with air in it

which means nothing can ever go down there

even if you filled the vessel with water, the equiptment will still have air in it

    and thus would be crushed

  • @shady691 mostly because in the ocean the pressure is too much, which you most likely already know. And it is easier to get to the moon than the sea floor.

  • @shady691 Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard.

  • man the sea is full of wonder ..who knows the size of the creatures living in the abyss wow jus imagine the stregth an size
