lancer....the ralliart is awesome, it has four wheel drive but manual transmission (bare in mind the transmission and drivetrain are from Evo 9 which is awesome) and the engine is tuned, and better looking...but the price is kinda high tho..

09 Ralliart doesn't have a manual transmission, it has the TC-SST sportronic transmission from the Evo X MR, which has the paddle shifters. The drivetrain is mostl ikely not from the Evo 9 because the USDM 9 doesn't have AYC while the ralliart does.

That's what most car makers do. They want to show what you can get. Who's going to go buy the base model? Okay people will but it doens't draw that I want to buy mentality. Obviously they want to show off their best product.

I bought a Lancer 08 for 22k whit everything(yes whit satnav) except for the paddle shifts sine i wanted the manual.(The CRT(paddles) is for atomatic only).

The car started from 16k(here in Sweden). Also it says at the end of the commercial that its starting at $13.990 and under it: as shown $21.990

Well most cars have a base price and a top of the line price. It depends on what trim and options you get. So the car starts at 13,990 but fully equipped its 21,990 or there abouts. Depends on what you get and if there is a dealer mark up. They're just putting a disclaimer that the car shown is the more equipped model.

The price for that model they were driving was $21,990, the pov spec is $13,990.

Unfortunately here in Australia that same model they were driving will cost me $34,990 PLUS on road costs :( DAMN IT!
