Just stayed in this cabin 6/5/11 on Freedom. A few more cow items in it now, basically the same. The ice cream was limited to 7 servings. The concierge was 2 days late in providing the "suite" upgrades. Since we were traveling with 10 other people, visiting the concierge lounge felt rude, they couldn't all come too.

The room doesn't cost any more money. The extras are provided due to the cow-butt view.

The crew will not know anything about this room, just 2 of them.

No. This is the only cabin on the Freedom class ships that has a cow themed room.

That's a promenade stateroom. They are 149 sq ft on the Freedom. They are actually a bit smaller than the inside and ocean view cabins on this ship but offer the view of the Royal Promenade.
