I met a ranger from the parks service who had to do a body i.d. out at the bombing range, they found part of a lower leg and foot with a shoe attached in a ocatillio bush. He said it was probabaly an iliegal alien who was trying to salvage bomb fragments on the chocolate mtn bombing range for scrap. in the end, he ended up as scrap!
