Pegazus are an awesome Power Metal band! To who ever said they were not "dragongay" I assume you mean Dragonforce, who consider them selves to be speed metal and not power metal. Power Metal is about the content of the music as apposed to an actual style. Either way, this band are considered Power Metal, with a touch of neoclassical in places. But they are in no way Heavy Metal as that applies to the original Metal bands from the 70's and 80's.
@Metalot 80's is most Thrash metal. Heavy metal is slower tempo. Power metal is most singing about dragons and alike stuff and has faster tempo (not Dragonforce fast). Pegazus is both heavy and power. I can be wrong tho, but thats my opinion.
If you listen at the song Metalium - Power of Time as an example, that's more power metal alike.
