The objective of using torture is incite a reaction of people against the USA so as to generate credible evidence of terrorism. In other words they are trying to insight terrorism to supplement and accelerate their bogus manufactured terrorism. This is done to fuel their global propaganda programme and heighten the level of fear amongst the democratic voters - thus justifying the offensive wars and forwarding objective towards world domination of a New World Order.
