Alright, to be honest, I see a lot of potential in this. Although, it's far from perfect. Keep writing and I can promise you you'll make some great stuff. I personally don't write thrash metal (it's probably one of the only genres of Metal that I DON'T write) but I've always kept myself open with all types of music. As I said, keep it up.

About the drums and a way to fix it:

If you are not fuckin' lazy, after the drums are all 'done', separate it in 4 channels, 1 for the kick, 1 for the snare, 1 for the tom's and 1 for all the rides, hihats and etc...

Hey man its not a bad song it's just that it needs a little more variety here and there. Possibly a more fitting solo too. Other than that it's a good composition. Also I believe you should go back to Guitar Pro 5 for thrash and metal in general because it has a much better sound for it. Look at some of my new thrash songs for proof. It's called "machine-gunning" and it's an incidental by-product of midi drum programs. There are plenty of drum modeling programs that will allow you to edit the velocity of each (in this case, bass) note to prevent that from happening.

@Dragonforce6709 Yes the drum kit of guitar Pro 6 is just a setting thing. The drum sounds really good with the right settings :-). All in all the RSE of GP6 is on hundret times better then RSE in Guitar Pro 5

Nice song but the RSE for electric guitar sucks a lot since guitar pro 5.2 , imo. You can tweak the sound for ages it still sucks and I'm afraid that it is the same with GP6. Hopefully the other instruments have been improved a lot.
