he has two raymarine 6000 gyro stabilized linear drive pilots. two independent systems port and starboard. with two control heads per side and one wireless remote and one remote with a long wire. The pilots drive to compass, nav or true or apparent wind. They are interfaced with NKE sensors for speed, wind, depth etc and a koden GPS. This happens in an NMEA raymarine interface box.
thanks mstrsail. I got a 650 (mini) still looking for affordable tp. I was kind of hoping one would be enough! simrad tp 22 or 32 for example. thanks anyway for info.
with all that auto pilot stuff,what if you fall over? boat just keep going without you?
