I wonder if one of the problems involved with puting the detainees in the US court system, and trying them there, might be the possiblility that they've been tortured and otherwise abused for eight years.
Surely, their defense lawyers will bring such up if it occured, nullifying any confessions obtained whilst in agony.

The other guy made some comment about Republicans not being at fault every time something doesn't go well for the President. It's true, but at the same time even a minority Republican party can clearly make a hellstorm out of a non issue when it wants to.

'its not so easy or it would have been done already' is one of the weakest arguing lines ever. i think cenk performs quite well here, despite obviously being pretty scared. i mean, let's face it, he's right. the talk of 'complex issues' never descends into actual detail - it is unbelievably patronising. and of course these guys wouldn't be able to escape. its not as if they'd just be shuttled over to county in a couple patrol cars, is it?
