Increasing regulation in an attempt to curb the power of wealth is counter-productive, by preventing the less wealthy from getting some "skin in the game" by starting their own business.

I agree on most points but one. Jackson was aquitted. If we espouse the values of our founding fathers we must in turn accept the philosophy of innocent until proven guilty. I paid close attention to that trial, all the prosecution had on Jackson was that he had a stash of porn, and he was broke. They never proved anything beyond that, certainly not beyond a reasonable doubt.
