Actually, If u don't have any film and nothin else to back u up besides a 40 then it's not so easy. Being that it's just a 40, with no drills, no nothin, it doesn't really matter.

im 14 and run a 4.5 in 8th grade but my brother rickey runs a 4.2 look up his senior year for football at gates chili high school...type rickey stevens football
I had someone clockin me. Originally I know for sure I run a 4.35-4.4 flat, thats wat I always run but that time I ran a 4.30. Count my steps from start to finish, 18-20 steps means fast from beginnin to end. And for sure this doesnt look slow at all!!
Im gettin 4.4's, I finish once im at the first guy on the bench. I run all the way thru, but no one can get real times from videos. Really an in person thing, ill getta real camera and tape my next one, maybe it'll look better.
@MrMaximilianWilhelm track starts monday. im getting a camera soon i think. ill show you some of my times. and i made a mistake and put 50 instead of 40 lol. I got around 11.5 last year (freshman year) on 100m. so just think of how much faster I am. hopefully i get my camera so i can show some times. bye fag

if u actually ran 4.3 seconds in the 40, u wouldnt have to "look" for schools to play for, same if u were actually good at football
