What a sick save on a very difficicult shot. Semin really got some cream on it and it was well placed. The sound of the shot, followed by an immediate loud thunk when it hit the glove is poetry. It's no secret Lundqvist has been the MVP for the Rangers ever since he joined the league and it was the same story when he played in SEL. What a talent and what a competitor.

Basically you're saying instead of the team taking shots, they should just not let anyone but ovi shoot. He's good against decent goalies, but when he has to play someone as good as Henrik, he doesn't do well (as you saw). He scored maybe 1 goal in a game the rangers played well.

WTF are you talking about Caps had 30+ shots on goal sometimes close to 40SOG, Ov takes roughly about 10 so about a 1/3 of the teams shots and yes hes that much better then most, semin averages about 6SOG per game. Its not when he has to play somone as good as henrik its when he has to play somone as good as rangers D. If henrick was on a team with horrible D he would get owned, it dosent really matter though hes a good goalie.

World's best player? No one can stop him? His pitiful shooting percentage says other wise. He had one of the lowest shooting percentages last year of all 40 goal scorers(I know he scored over 50). He had 56 goals in 528 shots! 528?! That's only 22 shy of the all-time record. His shooting percentage was 10.6. That's on par with most 20 goal scorers, but 50 goal scorers? Not so much. But yeah, best player in the world...
