Congrats. I have had that mirror moment too. Zumba is so much fun! Glad you stayed in your cross-training class and don't beat yourself up if you are less than perfect. 2 classes in a row is awesome! I have a weight-loss channel too. My goal is to eat regular portions at regular times, stop skipping meals, binging, and overeating. So far I have stuck to my goals. It's okay for me if I only lose one or two pounds a week. I'm trying to change habits and become healthier.

@lizlivelife si chica! I love food. I usually eat every 2-3 hours apart. I'm learning every day how to enjoy eating more healthier, cleaner! And being mostly on a plant based diet, I'm challenged to research and try new things. Enjoy food as fuel. Be happy! :)

I haven't been to the gym aside from training in like a month :/ I need to start going after work lol
It's kinda hard to get back on track in one day, so just take it one day at a time, you'll get there!
