Downey is a pretty good fighter but I have to say it Neil is tougher. And I fucking HATE Neil but he is pretty mean and tough. I was glad Downey handled him pretty well. I'm not much of a Downey fan either but I am when he is fighting ugly-ass bitch face Neil.

Ok, then Downey is like a woman...

Downey would get pounded by Neil if he squared up. Neil was obviously gassed at the end of that fight and Downey still couldn't get a decisive victory.  And he could only do that after jumping Neil from behind when he was tied up with someone else.
