  • I know no pain no gain. But be careful with the pop-up, you don't wanna break your toes and knees if you don't do it well (know your body weight) before becoming a fucking spartan.

  • I tried this one out. It is great! Thanks. I switched it up a bit and used a kettlebell for some of the movements in round 4. I also add a set of push up variations to another 2 rounds to get more chest work out in there.

  • This is brutal. I've modified it a bit. Instead of doing what you show, I eat cheesecake.

  • After doing this a couple of times the only thing I do not like is the alternating side lunges. I substituted a dumbbell squat.

  • one question, can you do this safely as an aerobic routine lets say 3 times a week while doing a 3 or 4 day lifting routine? i just dont know how safe could it be to do push ups several times a week after working the arms and chest and back with weights, isnt it over training? wouldnt it be counterproductive?

  • i've got a question: are there any alternatives to the back extension, squat thrust, and burpee exercises? i have a slight twist in my lower spine (L3 bone) that makes it very painful on my lower back to do those 3 exercises (learned this the hard way). any suggestions?

  • Great workout...it reminds me of something called metabolic or lactic acid training where you do high reps with minimal rest , causing a lactic acid "burn " that,in turn releases a surge of growth hormone...nice.

  • great workout man! But work on you calves.. I have trouble with skinny calves too and my mates have told me enough for me to know it looks ridiculous if they are out of proportion.

  • not gonna try it yet until i accomlish the 300 spartan work out , i usually start doing 20 minutes of cardio , then jump to the 300 reps work out but im struggling with the burpes

  • i do similar circuits for my martial arts training. I guarantee anyone who tries this will be blowing out their arse by the end of it but will have gotten a great workout

  • Would you be willing to upload the entire workout from beginning to end?  Kind of like those exercise shows on TV that talk you through each exercise.

    Even if you had to add a voiceover after the video was filmed describing what to do, how much time is left, etc, it would be helpful for timings and transitions!

  • @krattlusker It would be nice if he either did a 45 minute workout video or split it up into the smaller segments and then create a "playlist" on YouTube where people could stream each of the clips one after the other.

    I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to speak clearly while doing all of these exercises, but if he could do a voiceover describing what to do (like he did in this vid), how much time is left,  etc, I feel it would be very helpful!

  • @unknownaznx Depends on your fitness level.  If you are very advanced, like Michael, you probably cannot. If you are a relative beginner, then you can very easily, especially if you eat healthy foods.

    How often do we do this workout, every day or every other day?

    I am 15 yoa and I am trying to get lean muscle and get ripped, yet I cannot follow a straight and thorough diet because my parents won't listen to my requests of healthier food. I am currently running everyday about 3miles, doing insanity and I have soccer practice.
