@Chris9183 i was very happy with mine, very reliable bike, but with two people on it and especially on the freeway it's not really big enough, neither physical or enginevise. its a lot better than any chinese bike, but if you want a virago i would recommend going for the virago 535 instead, you'll outgrow a 250 in a year or two
@Chris9183 yes 80 mph sounds about right, but a comfortable cruising speed is around 60 mph. but i think that goes for any chopper without wind protection
@karstenhall i know what you mean, but i made this a while ago and dont have the clip or the bike anymore, so i cant make a new one. also it was more or less just wind noise so you're not missing out on anything
@gozluk64 camera is a canon eos 500D, but it's really way too big for this type of recording.
trying to focus manually while driving a motorcycle with one hand probably ain't the best idea so i wouldn't recommend it. go for a smaller one like the gopro HD hero
nice video!

I'm looking into getting a used Yamaha Virago 250 soon...how is the bike? Reliable? Always starts up, no problems with it?

@michaelrosecreative I understand. What was your top speed on it usually? I've heard most people get around 75-80mph out of theirs.

It'd be a lot nicer if we could hear the engine without the music, in all honestly the music is annoying. I wanna hear how the bike sounds!

@michaelrosecreative or then, at least, what the bike looks like. Is it stock or customized?Appears to have slightly more elongated ape hangars.
