that ite is a plant pot holder, you would nail or screw it to a flat wall either inside or outside, and then place a terra cotta plant pot in it, and put a plat in it or fake fllowers?..in it. if thereis a hole in teh botto of teh pot and you water it, it will run, so it is for a porch or outside preferabley. peace out
