Increases in wages will first come out of company profits and then increases in prices if needed. If a business needs a worker, they'll pay them. People seem to forget how much profit companies make for their owners.

Sure they hire but there not hiring unskilled labor. So young teens often dont get hired and dont get work experience. Minimum wage makes it illegal to hire an unskilled worker
Some jobs may have the positions, others may not. What if the pizza place cant absorb 10 workers at 7.25 an hour. Every dollar increase at 40 hrs a week is 1600 dallars a month. If bagging grocieries is only worth 5 dollars an hour, the 2.25 difference is charity. So instead of taking a chance on a 14 year old at 5, I have to go to someone whos less a risk at 7.25. This law has lead to increased unemployment among minority youth

Bob Barr is ok but he stands less of a chance than Nader. People are starting to listen to what Ralph has to say, and frankly, he is the only candidate left with any stones.
The minimum wage has a negative affect on business in America. There are 3 reforms that must be made with the minimum wage.
1. Make it so only people with high school education can have the right. To encourage education.
2. Let business making under $100,000 not have to be involved to help them out.
3. Have areas with no minimum wage for the unemployed.
