  • hey ive been flying 3 ch helis do you think ill be able to fly this 1?

  • hmm, cut the stupid music and let's hear the chopper's music.............I hate these stupid booooom boooom music with a nice helicopter vieuw...........so next time no stupid music please, just the sound of the heli:)

  • What is the range outside?

  • I'm not sure the exact range, however, it has a similiar/same RX as the p-51m & Sukhoi; both of which I fly much further than I fly my mSR - I have never flown out of range.

  • So how far have you flown? Up to 10 meters or maybe more?

  • more than 10 meters for sure.

  • can u tell me a safe site to order this from and how long the batterie last

  • horizonhobby. 5minutes.

  • well the blade mcx had a range of would you believe quarter of a mile thats what nightflyer told me.. so this is probably similar.. you would lose sight of the heli before it goes outa range lol.

  • MODE 1 or 2? What would you recommend?

  • @Stiggy37 mode 2 is far more popular and because of that you need to special order mode 1 aircraft :P

  • these babys are a blast

as you said not quite the performance of a cp heli but certainly more durable and is probably the best fixed pitch heli out there today, well anything in its class really, you cant get more fun from a micro heli

its truely an amazing little thing indeed :)

  • I have a blade cp... but anyways, this is much different than a CP.. for one a CP is a collective pitch helicopter, while the mSR is a fixed pitch helicopter. The mSR is also much more durable and can crash without damage, whereas if you crash the CP, you almost always do damage. There are many pros to this little helicopter.

  • That little thing is zippy!

From what I could see of it anyway.

  • yea. I am sorry about the horrible camera angles. My camera girl had a hard time following it. It is really hard to see on the small camera screen while viewing. I will try to make a better outside video next time the weather is calm to no wind.

  • looks so much more controllable than the 4#3

  • il est bourré le gars qui filme....

  • The other guy had the video on his head - it must be some kind of inadvisable trend

Maybe - the camera should stay still and the heli should do the dancing about - but I'm no Film Director

  • video on his head? I actually wasn't holding the camera... My fiance Cassie was doing the filming as I flew.

  • Yes. and your MCX transmitter will work. So you can get the BNF version for $149.99. It isn't that bad price really, cus you get 2 batteries, and the 4 slot AC charger(so that is $35 more worth of stuff in the box over the MCX package). It is very durable and it is the best option for you to start flying a single rotor heli. Be careful and start off slow. Don't expect to zip around the room like I am until you practice a while. I am not an expert, but I am pretty good & have flown a while

  • Sorry for the horrible video!!! We will try to re-film outside again and get better shots!

  • i want animal videos! now now now! jk

  • lol. Don't worry, more animal videos will come!!! I have in no way 'quit' animals or their videos :) Computers/electronics are one of my big hobbies(aside from pets). I hadn't flown RC for almost 3 years though, and a few new amazing little planes/helis have come out, so I got back into the hobby to try out these new rc aircrafts. They are really fun :)

I am going to an animal exp in about 10 days. Probably pick up a few new reptiles there! I'll get vids right away if I buy anything!!!
