Actually Tony Jay really does play the Cow in this scene as well as Frollo in Hunchback of Notre Dame and the asylum owner in Beauty and the Beast. He's amazing!!!!

Prove that this was made by Don Bluth? Watch the beginning credits it says 'a Don Bluth production' Then watch the ending credits- it has Don's name all over it. It was produced by Warner Bros-- not Disney. It has Warner Bro's logo on the box cover to prove it and it's in the credits. Also this is unmistakeably Don's animating style- not one of Disney's.

If you want you can wiki it instead of buying the movie, but I recommend watching the movie.. much more enjoyable.
