In december 2012 our world will perish. Not due to some sort of natural disaster, but because of an outbreak of L'Cie and Focuses. We, as FFXIII players, learned how to do this.

After all, the power of men is beyond measure. Our indomitable power makes it possible to achieve the impossible!

Not really because the enemies and allies are blurred so much in this game nobody will know who's going to attack until they get there. It's also revealed early on that eden is where the falcie is.

you could feel all the people's emotions in eden that has been turned upside down,the music went so well with this part of the game,then the desperate struggle music starts to play,a upset woman says-WHERE ARE THE FAL'CIE,WHY AREN'T THEY HELPING US?.the EDEN UNDER SIEGE music makes us feel like what it is to be human!!.

@dreamyblueangeleyes Ur comment just took me back to 3-4 years ago when i wrote my dissertation on film music and how it functions as a tool; i was gonna write about game music and anime music but not enough words, but either way music is powerful and the fact this piece made u feel human is all the more proof man :D
