it's not mj singing however. It's Kipp Lennon. MJ wanted to play a joke on his brothers. But the talking parts are MJ, but in the credits, he was called Jon Jay Smith

It wasn't a joke. Watch the interview. He let the person do the singing parts because he over heard him singing and thought he was good. He also let him take the credit because MJ loved the Simpsons and didn't want to make the whole thing about him if they used his name. (:
