Stealing who's land? I am sorry, but you are confusing the Arab World of the Pre-Twentieth Century with the Arab World of today. Palestine was the Sanjak of Jerusalem. It wasn't even called Palestine or Filastin, except by the Westerners. The Middle-Eastern cease fire is when Jews cease and Arabs fire.

Here is how it works:

Cease fire is negotiated with one group.

Shortly after the cease fire takes effect, some other group (Fatah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad or other) fires a rocket. The international community calls it a minor violation, not breakage.
