  • @jamspastic That is all i do Jam. Heavy singles & Heavy partials!! This kind of training will thicken your tendons to that of Rebar and that is all you need to move heavy weight. Not 8x8 or 5x10 bodybuilder crap!! I really like your style of training mate!! "POWER LIFTING AT IT'S BEST"

  • @GARAGEGORILLA71 I've actually started doing high reps and sets for shoulder's. 5x5 one week, then 5x6,5x7 and just keep increasing the reps each each week and it's worked more than anything else i've tried. each to there own :)
