Why change the key so high up that your vocalist can't sing the song properly?

You can have easily played this in drop D (Seeing as the song is in drop D key)

And your guitar sound for this cover is not good at all.

There wasn't really any emotion. The "whisper screaming" (because I don't know the actual name for it, that's just what everyone calls it) was no good. This is why people hate it, because there's no real... substance to it. Also, next time I would have it professionally mixed, use some filters/pedals stuff like that. There's potential here, it just needs a LOT of work

i disliked this because of simply the screaming , you need to check out some proper techniques becoz ur screaming isnt very full bodied or rough. i do backing vocals and all the screaming in our band and i've only being doing it for 3 months (screaming). check out melissa cross dvd's should help.

Everyone just needs to chill out. There's obviously no way you could do a good cover a song/band as amazing as a day to remember. I didn't come here expecting a top quality cover. But give them credit for the work they did. The screaming is a little off, but the video quality is pretty nice and they obviously put alot of effort into it. Most of you probably don't even know how to sing or hold a guitar. I say its a good cover, and the video editing and quality is awesome. Good job.
