Unlike most shortboarders, I give love to anybody riding any wave, anyhow, on anything! I think real SOUL surfers don't give a shit what they or anybody else is riding! What's up with all the boring comments? Looks like fun to me. In fact, any day in the surf, whether conditions are big or small, is fun. I ride a shortboard, which I prefer to a longboard, but, let's face it, conditions aren't always ideal for a shortboard. Bottom line is this: It's never boring anytime you ride a wave. That guy had some good glide going. I salute him.

Some of us prefer to do as little as possible on a wave, and btw that board has been clocked at 35mph on head high waves.
