CAN U PLEASE REPLY BACK AND HELP ME PLEASE I KEEP ON UNPLUGGING AND PLUGGING MY WEBCAM WHENEVER I SKYPE SOMEONE.

  • But My question is since that attaches via USB how could you make that into night vision goggles/headset?

  • how can you make it pick up heat signatures?

  • @LegoMinifigs1 well infrared is in the light spectrum, just beyond the visible wavelength of a human being (and i assume animals) and this is the same with microwaves, and because its a smaller wavelength, the particles move more, and cause friction therefore heating up (hope that answers your question

  • @guitargodlol thanks, but what i was talking about is thermal imaging. is there any way to do that?

  • @LegoMinifigs1 I am interesting in that info as well.

  • @LegoMinifigs1

Thermal imaging requires microscopic machining of specially design pixels that detect heat and then reflecting lasers off of those pixels. So in short, no, not at home. It's an extremely expensive and difficult process, which is why thermal imaging devices cost so much money.

  • @MetalMavrik Just shut it people like you ruin videos just let us belive what we want to lol

  • All CMOS and CDD detectors can see infrared. ie: camcorder, digital camera, cell phones, etc...

  • How can I make an older camcorder pick up infrared? it does negitive an dI see my remote led blinking when I do, doe's that mean it already does this?

  • lol, i noticed that after i had finished filming

  • heh your actual cam your recording with captures infra red ^^
