2- I think you know that it need salt.
3- it should be more softer and near the cream color.
you can do it by adding a small pieces of ice during the mix. it will make it whiter and softer than you can shape it easily . that 's all

Small variations like yogurt, sour cream, some add water, seen one vid that had 9 spoons of tahini, and just seems it's about finding your taste. I'm going to make this recipe as you, but am thinking of adding the olive oil in while I'm blending. Now just 1 question, if making say a red pepper Hummus would I still add garlic. I mean is garlic one of the main ingredients?
