@basjje555 when you take the back off of your SGY on the left there is a slot to put it in, it's labelled microSD! Hope this helps :)

This phone is actually good for its price .. than comparing to I phones not only they're over price but the specification is nothing special . So ya I prefer buying this phone than spending it to an I phone that easily get shattered by only one fall.

Pros - Android, Apps, Touch, Cost,Looks good,WiFi.

Cons - Receiving and Making calls i.e basic phone functionality NOT comfortable - The proximity sensor+Call accept/reject graphics+Screen lock make calling/receiving calls very irritating, Low memory - Slows down considerably after installing few apps, Needs to be rebooted regularly to keep it running at acceptable speeds, All Google apps will not work, Low resolution - Not a problem for my need,Not easy to remove the back cover. speaker - ok.

I like it when people talk about screen resolution and pixels on phones, especially when I remember when my first one had a tiny screen and had a monochrome screen. If it can make and receive phone calls that's a good start, oh and texts of course the rest are just bonuses.

well, does apple makes phones like this?? at price for the apple lovers who cant afford iphone 4 or 4s. all they do is make a new i-phone after 2 years with much more features and 3x price. unlike samsung who thinks about both poor and rich peoples, apple should make iphone mini with a 2mp/3.2mp snapper with ios 5 and siri etc. otherwise apple will never top SAMSUNG!!

despite the color and the cam, it has ginger bread with 830MHz CPU, while previous galaxy (mini, 5, fit) only has 600MHz CPU speed... but with 16M color and 3mp cam... so its your choice... speed or style....

Doesn't the 2 mega pixel camera of Galaxy Y deliver the quality of a 2 mega pixel camera. Even the Nokia 6600 with photoRite SP with autofix activated could take more colourful pic than a 1.3MP camera. I wanna know about Galaxy Y's 2MP camera quality when compared to other 2MP cameras - not 8 or 12MP cameras. Somebody please reply.
