I drove the same roads shown in this vid 1 week before the fires, as I was planning to ride through St Andrews-Kinglake-Whittlesea at some point thereafter. The areas now appear unrecognizable :(
Congratulations to the organisers in recalling one of the saddest day Australians endured.
Unbelievable - that this is what it looks like now. I assume this too, all used to be beautiful green forest. Thanks for posting.
