I have heard some of these same exact sounds in Latvia (Eastern Europe) in the summer, the sound like a jet..yet now jet was in the sky and the sound was all around. My neighbor heard it as well and we both wonder where it was coming from since we live out in the country . The major big city is 2 hours away!!
I think, if it is artificial (let's assume that) the source must be spread around the world or moving constantly. Okay so I am from Mexico, and yesterday (friday 24th) I was doing some school projects that I left for the last moment lol. i heard sounds like these a few days ago in north colorado, it was no train or highway noise, i worked for the railroad for 5yrs, that was no train i heard, because of that, is why i started to youtube these strange sounds. i can't speak for anyone else only my own experiences.

First of all, I know its not air traffic seeing as how I live no where near an airport and this was loud enough that I heard it inside my house. It is also not vehicle traffic because I live in a back woods area. @effectsniper Actually dude, the sounds are not from that movie. I thought it was a silly meme too, but this has been on many local TV news stations that have had the actual sounds. They of course are running clips of other places, but the triangulation of data points shows legitimacy. However, a few scientist have said that they are normal sounds based on atmospheric disturbances. Likely they were caused by the big solar ejections recently. Some people heard the effects, some saw.

@Enkzilla Were you there at one of these in person? Because I was. I'm not saying it's a supernatural thing or anything weird like that, but it wasn't easily explainable. No clouds, no visible planes, no trains, no earthquake when I heard it. So WTF was it? Give me an answer. Came by twice, when I was outside it sounded like thunder without a crackle, no interruption in the sound, just a loud rumble. My guess was a high altitude aircraft traveling faster than sound. What do YOU think it was?

@Enkzilla My father and I have heard these sounds twice now, and I'm not gullible, hysterical, or schizophrenic. First of all, I know its not air traffic seeing as how I live no where near an airport and this was loud enough that I heard it inside my house. It is also not vehicle traffic because I live in a back woods area. That can also count out concert noise...I'm not saying they are related to anything religious, but these sounds are quite frightening and very much in your face.

Unless they're professional camera people, no ones going to be an expert. Thirdly (lol) it doesn't matter how the buildings are constructed, it's about the fact that these noises are happening some of EVERYWHERE. My boyfriend and I watched almost the whole video. I must say this is very strange and scary but I believe it to be the magnetic field releasing from the Earth's core. It is said only to happen every 13,000 years or so. I could be wrong but I would like to find out. This also could be the reason Virginia had an earthquake around the same time. Maybe this is just a change in the earth that happens so often that this is the first time it has ever been recorded by sound or writing.

@effectsniper Actually dude, the sounds are not from that movie. I thought it was a silly meme too, but this has been on many local TV news stations that have had the actual sounds. They of course are running clips of other places, but the triangulation of data points shows legitimacy. However, a few scientist have said that they are normal sounds based on atmospheric disturbances. Likely they were caused by the big solar ejections recently. Some people heard the effects, some saw.
