Both look like shit. The XBOX and PS3 don't support DirectX 10 or 11. You can see here how the shadows are rendered late from a close distance. 2:19 Now look at the water and the distance here. 1:16 The water looks flat and ugly and I thought this island was covered with trees not only grass in the distance. Both don't use volumetric lightning. They just use a white line to make it look like light. Same with the clouds. They both don't use volumetric clouds.

Physics wise most likely it will be better on the ps3 due to the idea that even in a pre-rendered version of the game the 360 looks more choppy. Graphics wise there will be no difference.

I love this bullshit about crysis and the ps3 gpu. Its a gimped 7800gt, and while certainly not terrible for gaming at 720p it is anemic in modern games like crysis. The 360 at least has some similarities with modern hardware since it has stream processors. I have no doubt that crytek will optimize the shit out of it but all it proves is that the original had shit for coding. What you all should really be focusing on is the changes in gameplay, hopefully this will actually be a good game.

Both look decent, but this game will fry both systems after like an hour of gameplay, gauranteed. Get it for PC where u can do some real damage. It says real time, and look how slow you move and how laggy it is when you look around at things. No way i would get this for console, i think its going to flop. I bet both will drop down in the teens in (frame rates per second) during heavy fighting. I just can't see this working out well on consoles. Sorry.

Looking at the improvements they have made during the drawbacks for over-heating issues, the xbox 360 is owning the PS3 and the PC is still owning all! GO PC! W00T

I only think the jungle scenery looked good on both systems, PS3 a little better, not much, but both are extremely laggy. Also i think this will overheat both systems after a while of game play, probably even shorter than before. So yeah they will lag, shut down, freeze, and just have all kinds of problems with this game for consoles. On pc, well if you have system that can handle it, good luck, it will rule. Although, you'll still have overheating issues as always. Not made for consoles!!
