@mhoelzel142 There are a few small hex screws on the front of the bulb housing, the bulb falls out ( very easily!) and you replace with the new one. You don't even have to open the hood! I love how he wrecks his friends car, totally unnecessary!

It's amazing how bad he was at presenting the show (especially just plain talking) back then. Notice how many verbalized pauses he says (verbalized pauses are when you say "uhhh" or "umm..." while talking). I think the show got better with age because of his improvement in presenting it.

That's part of his character. Plus the presentation of the show was best in the early days when it actually looked like it was made at a lodge instead of on a CBC sound stage. My favourite period of the show was the early years, when it was still produced by the local channel in Hamilton, and then London.
