Neil Innes is a genious! I love how he throws in "repeats and repeats"... and then says "banality" instead of "reality"! Then at the end when the audience gives no response he says "Thank you, you're wonderful, please feel free to talk among yourselves". The best version of this song ever!
From the bootleg Yesterday's Leftovers, Neil Innes solo live actually. I thought it was quite rare until I saw it here. Vegas, here we come - I'd go - if they were serving special tea!!! Rutles 4Ever :)
I thought my collection was complete until I found this. I didn't have rut-a-lot either. Great band / concept / music / everything. Rutles 4ever. Many thanks.
@cowpigs99 There are alot of songs not on the US release, "Lullaby","Baby S'il Vous Plait","It's Looking Good (Demo)","My Little Ukelele" I have thous on my channel. SHAMELESS SELF PROMOTION
@cowpigs99@RutlesA The US Ver. Had NO extra tracks. The Japanese had 4 that were released here on the Shangri-la single, they are up on my channel. The songs are "Lullaby", "Baby S'il Vous Plait", "It's Looking Good" (rehearsal), and "My Little Ukulele".
This was included in the 2007 re-release of Archealogy.
