@NikKast1981 Read some babylon5.wikia, it was also built to engage fighters, it handles against turrets like a fighter, so it turns like one. If a s Star fury with its primitive thrusters can do it, White star can do it. Even Warlock destroyer with its primitive gravimetric drive can accelerate as fast as a star furry. Check your data, then argue. Case is closed.

@Raibartroudrix actually, if you've watched the show, Whitestars DESTROY Omegas easily. The advanced Destroyer group modified with Shadow Technology is the Ship type that could take Whitestars. I personally don't see how someone COULDN'T be a fan of the Whitestars. They're contradictory to every other spacial vessel in Sci-fi other than the Defiant from Star Trek DS9, and the Whitestar came MUCH earlier. It's a small maneuverable ship that gets in people's faces but can still take a punch
The captain of that Whitestar deserved to die really. It has far more accurate jump engines, it could have just opened another jump gate and sliced the tail end off that Omega destroyer.
@Ishlacorrin Omegas don't have to run circles, they have guns for that everywhere, especially if white star has been served with plasma in a tight corner, conducted a maneuver to avoid further hits. The Omega had a good chance to direct it's red lasers of doom. White stars look deadly wile in groups, however if Omega is fighting against a single white star, the chances are 50/50. It is still a small corvette (very advanced) vs 1.7 km length, 8 meter armored hull hiding a hideous arsenal.
Nice, I like your new jump gate effect. I'd say that battle is probably accurate since one whitestar is not a match for an omega class 1v1 anyway as we saw during the battle for earth. I always thought those ships died too fast anyway for their technological level during the series to say they were part vorlon, they should have been tougher imo.
@FUGlitchyLogin Yep, I also think so, but to make sure that Omega's victory is un-debatable, I made sure White star’s tactical position was poor (yet very plausible during a battle) when exiting the jump point. :] Eh, nostalgia is returning, maybe I am going to make some more of these.
