Thanks for sharing this recipe. I love Haupia. My friend who is hawaiian would make this specially for me every holiday since it is my favorite hawaiian food. I generally make it the Thai/Vietnamese way of using agar-agar and no reg. milk. Never done it this way. Will try to make it next time using your way.
I'm eating it right now and it tastes damn good considering that I had only a cup of coconut milk... It's amazing how it thickens so fast! Thanks! Cheers from Italy!
LoL.....yeah. So I later figured out that a blender was not needed. Trial and error. And goya isn´t bad at all. Coconut milk selection is limited when you live in jersey. :) Thanks for watching! Oh, would you mind giving me your recipe?
omg, all this time i thought you lived in the 808 lol.
haha, but my recipe, i WAAAAAAAAAAAAY more diffrent then yours, because i use real coconuts hahaha. like no kid. like 10 cocos for 1 cup coconut milk. but if i dont use real coco's then i use the one from the can.

Not fluently...in fact hardly at all. I took it in college for two years but only remember words not sentence structures. Sorry.
