The actual question was "Which country doesn't have roads for cars?". The correct answer is "India", or "Indo" as it's pronounced in Korean, because "Indo" is a homonym for pedestrian roads.

I think the question was "which country has no driveway?" And the answer was "India" I think it might be some similar sounding riddle.. Did'nt hear the 28 days riddle being mentioned..

It's supposed to be "What country doesn't have have a car/driveway?" and the answer was "India" or in hangul, "인도" which if used as a noun, means "pavement/sidewalk/footpath" get it? XD it's one of those, only in the original language riddles.
